Do you provide quotes?

Of course! We are more than happy to quote prior to freighting your goods. Just make sure you have all the required details so we can quote you correctly.

Quotes will not be provided over the phone, please email your request to us.

What do you need for a booking or a quote?

We will need the full address for pick up and delivery, a description of the goods and the weight and dimensions. If you can send us a photo of the goods that would be great too but not essential.

Is my freight insured?

We are not common carriers and we do not insure consignments. If you do require insurance, there will be an additional cost and you will need to specify the request to have your freight insured in writing when placing a booking.

How do I track my freight?

All our vehicles are fitted with satellite tracking allowing us to pin point the location of your goods at any given time. Simply contact us for an update.

What if I don’t have an account with Banister’s?

No problem at all!  We can still freight your goods, but we will require payment in full prior to delivery. Our admin team will issue you with an invoice requesting pre-payment.

What payments do you accept?

We accept payment via direct deposit, credit card or simply click the “pay your invoice / consignment” on our website.
